Applying for a business permit?

Building / Locational Clearance and Barangay Clearance for business permits are processed through the Municipality of Los Baños BOSS / e-BOSS. The Barangay does not separately process or collect these integrated fees.

The supplied 2026 Charter states that Service 07 is applied for, assessed, paid and released through the Municipal BOSS/e-BOSS. For Service 08 Type A, the barangay share, if any, is remitted by the Municipality and no separate barangay-collected fee is charged.
